Returns and Refunds

At Decorealm, customer satisfaction is important to us. Eligible physical wall art products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be sent back in its original condition with all included packaging and hardware. Customers should also provide the order confirmation or purchase receipt, and personalized products beyond the standard listed options are not eligible.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, customers must contact our support team for return authorization at contact@decorealm.shop. Once approved, we provide the return instructions, a prepaid shipping label, and a return authorization number, which must appear on the outside of the package; returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Problems With an Order

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong size, color, design, or an item with missing parts or hardware. Reporting these issues promptly helps us review and resolve the matter faster.

Items Not Eligible

We do not accept returns for customized products made with personal text or images, clearance items, final sale products, or items damaged after delivery because of mishandling. These exceptions should remain clearly stated on the site so customers understand them before purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like a replacement item, begin by following the standard return procedure for the original order. Once the return is approved, the credit can be applied toward the new purchase.

Refund Timing

After inspection (3-5 business days):

Approval/denial notice sent

Refund to original payment in 5-7 business days

Bank processing may delay funds 3-10 additional days
